Anthony was so impressed that he asked who the manufacturers were, expecting it to be an American product – and was surprised to discover it came from Moldova. This was the beginning of a journey.
He contacted the company, Orheit-Vit, in Moldova to find they’d been manufacturing a whole range of products from fresh fruit and vegetables grown on their own agricultural project. Having been established in 1945 they had a solid track record and were well established in Europe, North America, China, Israel and CIS countries, but had not yet reached Africa and the UK.
BethVida was formed starting with the agency for West Africa in 2011, this was expanded to the whole of Africa – and the UK and Ireland. With the distribution depot set up and a team in place Anthony’s passion for these amazing products can now be shared with even more people.
